PENGUMUMAN KEPADA  PARA  PEMEGANG  SAHAM  

Dengan  ini  diberitahukan kepada Para Pemegang  Saham  Perseroan bahwa Perseroan akan mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (“RUPST”) disebut  "Rapat"  yang  akan diselenggarakan di Bandung pada hari  Selasa, tanggal  30 Juni  2026.   Sesuai Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia No. 15/POJk.04/2020, 20 April 2020  tentang Rencana dan Penyelenggaran Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan Ketentuan  Pasal  11  ayat  5  Anggaran Dasar Perseroan, Pemanggilan dan mata Acara Rapat  akan diumumkan pada tanggal 6 Juni  2026 melalui situs Web penyedia  e-RUPS, Situs Web Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs Web Perseroan.   Rapat akan dilaksanakan secara fisik dan dengan menggunakan fasilitas Electronic General Meeting yang disediakan oleh PT. Kustodian Senteral Efek Indonesia (eASY.KESI).   Yang berhak hadir atau diwakili dalam Rapat adalah :  

a.      Untuk saham-saham yang belum dimasukkan dalam penitipan kolektif hanyalah Para Pemegang Saham Perseroan yang namanya tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham (DPS) Perseroan pada tanggal  5 Juni 2026 sampai dengan pukul 16.00 WIB ;  

b.      Untuk saham Perseroan yang berada dalam penitipan kolektif di P.T. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) hanyalah pemegang rekening yang namanya tercatat sebagai pemegang saham Perseroan dalam rekening efek Bank Kustodian atau Perusahaan Efek yang tercatat dalam DPS Perseroan pada tanggal 5 Juni 2026 sampai dengan pukul 16.00  WIB.   Setiap usul pemegang saham akan dimasukkan dalam acara Rapat, jika memenuhi persyaratan pasal 10 ayat 9 Anggaran  Dasar  Perseroan, dan  harus diterima oleh Direksi Perseroan  selambat-lambatnya 7 (tujuh)  hari sebelum tanggal  6 Juni 2026.

ANNOUNCEMENT TO SHAREHOLDERS  

We hereby notify the Company's Shareholders that the Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM"), referred to as the "Meeting," in Bandung on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.   In accordance with the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation No. 15/POJK.04/2020, dated April 20, 2020, concerning the Planning and Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies and the provisions of Article 11 paragraph 5 of the Company's Articles of Association, the Notice and Agenda of the Meeting will be announced on June 6, 2026, through the e-AGM provider website, the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and the Company's website.     The Meeting will be held physically and using the Electronic General Meeting facility provided by PT. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (eASY.KESI). Those entitled to attend or be represented at the Meeting are:  

a.      For shares not yet placed in collective custody, only the Company's shareholders whose names are  registered in the Company's Shareholder Register (DPS) as of June 5, 2026, until 4:00 PM WIB;  

b.      For the Company's shares held in collective custody at PT. Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), only the account holders whose names are registered as shareholders of the Company in the securities accounts of the Custodian Bank or Securities Company registered in the Company's DPS as of June 5, 2026, until 4:00 PM WIB.   Any shareholder proposal will be included in the Meeting agenda if it meets the requirements of Article 10, paragraph 9 of the Company's Articles of Association, and must be received by the Company's Board of Directors no later than 7 (seven) days prior to June 6, 2026.
